1. To ensure for success of booking tickets on ticketvn.com, please follow the guide below:

Step 1: After logging on website http://www.ticketvn.com, new and highlighted events are listed on homepage. Then, you could buy tickets on homepage or individual event categories which can be reached by clicking a corresponding item on the left menu. Click picture or name or button "Book tickets" of each event to see its details.

Step 2:

• In event detail page, please choose the date (in case there are many dates for one event). Then, click button "Select day to book".
• In next page, after choosing ticket class based on "Seat map", please fill number of tickets in box "Quantity". If you want to buy, please click button "Book".
• The page "Shopping Cart" will appear confirming your number of tickets and a total of ticket fee.
  • If you want to clear your shopping cart, please click "Empty cart".
  • If you want to modify your shopping cart, change the numbers, then click "Update  cart".
  • If you continue to choose tickets of another events, please click "homepage" or event categories on left menu and follow Step 1.
  • If you want to check the tickets out, please click "Buy".

Step 3: In page "Customer Information", please fill in the required form and click "Book". You will see the paragraph "Your order is successful. Thank you for using our online ticket booking service" and "order information" which reconfirms your order. Ticketvn will deliver tickets to you on request as soon as possible.

2. Condition of sale:

2.1. We fulfill every order, even your free tickets.

2.2. Working hours: From 8:00 to 20:00 everyday (including sundays, national holidays, working-off days)

2.3. Delivery Conditions:

• Now, we deliver tickets only in Hanoi. We ensure that we will deliver tickets according to customer's requirements on time and place.
  • If you want to receive tickets in the same day of your booking, we will deliver them in the afternoon if the order is made in the morning, and in the next morning if the order is made in the afternoon.
  • We stop selling tickets and delivering them to customer 2 hours before the opening time of events.
• We collect the ticket fee when you receive your tickets or in advance. After that, we will deliver tickets to your authorized organizations or individuals.
• Depending on characters of each events, a delivery fee is charged or not.
• The delivery fee will be 5000VND/1 delivery.
• Price of tickets on ticketvn.com are fixed by organizers, we ensure that we do not sell higher. Especially, we will discount for some events if you book tickets on ticketvn.com.
• You can change your tickets which are sold on ticketvn.com however you have to pay 5000VND for one change.
• You can refund your tickets 2 hours before the opening time of event. In this case, please phone us directly to 045651806 or 0912021516. Our staff will collect your tickets again and you have to pay a refund fee 25% of total of ticket fee.
• We are not responsible for all complains on tickets which we do not sell.
• For cancelled or postponed events, we will refund all fee for tickets which you bought on ticketvn.com.
